My name is Sarah Higgins and I helped set up Mortgage Connect with the goal of helping people to secure their homes by providing friendly, straightforward and professional mortgage advice.
I Studied at St George Comprehensive and from there I went straight into financial services, working at various departments within Natwest bank for 5 years. After Natwest I worked for a local estate agent as a mortgage and protection specialist for 10 years. I gained valuable experience and developed a passion for mortgages before starting with Mortgage specialist, Meridian Mortgages. I stayed for 8 years broadening my knowledge of the mortgage and protection market and building up a client base that remains with me to this day.
I decided to leave with the aim of setting up Mortgage Connect Ltd with Linda in 2011. We have never looked back.
My free time is taken up with my 2 kids and my husband. I also enjoy playing local team sports, including netball and more recently football.
